There have been many "first's" with regard to my flat - today there is another first - the first non-family member to come visit.
A friend is coming over after work and we are going to make chicken curry together. She's providing the recipe and expertise and I'm providing the ingredients and encouragement :) Okay, so I'm also observing so that I can learn and do it the next time.
Hopefully this will be a fun memory and one of the benefits of having my own place :)
