Moses and the Burning Bush

I was reading Exodus and the chapter about Moses and the burning bush. It kind of struck me that he had to ask God what his name was - and God replied, "I AM who I AM".

It seemed a bit like a stupid question, but thinking about it, it made me realise how important it actually is to get it right. It makes a difference that you are praying to the God who created everything, the King and our Father - not some arbitary "voice" or something. Our God has power and authority, nothing exists without Him, and we can't even fathom his wisdom and knowledge.

This is the God I pray to and talk to.
