I'm really enjoying working from 7.30am to 4.00pm. The extra hour in the evening makes such a difference to my life. The 7.30am is sometimes a bit of a stretch to get to work in time, but considering I only have to leave home at 7.15am to get to work on time and I used to always leave home at 7.15pm at my previous job, it really isn't much sacrifice.
And now, if I work 1 hour overtime, it means I leave work at 5pm :)
Today, I'm intending leaving at 4pm and going to gym on my way home, so I'll probably be home at 5.30pm (the time I used to get home from my previous job, on a good day) but now, I will have done exercise as well :)
