I went to gym today and used the advanced function on the treadmill - the one that keeps you in the "training zone". Ie. it bases the speed of the treadmill on your heart rate.
I'm so unfit....
Half the time the treadmill had me walking, because my heart rate was too high for a "light workout" when I was jogging slowly.
With regard to the Sweet Peas: the gardner thought they were weeds, and weeded them out - never mind the fact that there was nothing around them and they were in 3 straight lines. Never mind the fact that he had helped put the trellis there and added compost. I planted some more seeds this weekend...
